10 God has given each of you a gift. Use it to help each other. This will show God’s loving-favor. 11 If a man preaches, let him do it with God speaking through him. If a man helps others, let him do it with the strength God gives. So in all things God may be honored through Jesus Christ. Shining-greatness and power belong to Him forever. Let it be so.

Your dedication and sacrifices to make our team function do not go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated. Remember why we do this and the impact that you bring. If you have forgotten or are new, let me reinforce this for you. We serve to bring the best service experience to our church family, both in person and online. We want to create an environment where people can be drawn in to the presence of God and hear the Word spoken into their lives. We create the first impression of Mission for our online family, with the hope that they would join us in person.
We serve to impact an untold amount of lives in the name of our Creator.

What's Going On?
- We have moved away from Planning Center and will be using Subsplash (the app) for all scheduling. You can schedule blackout days and manage your service days from the Profile section in your app.
- We have a Team Workday on the 15th from 1PM - 4PM, and likely will be getting in the Y for the first time that evening. I will keep you posted if we will need more hands for that.
- Please do not forget that if you are scheduled on ProPresenter or Audio part your commitment to be there for practice day (currently 6:30PM on Tuesday) and at 7:15 AM on Sunday. If you are unable to meet these, you need to inform James 42 hours in advance, unless sick and then ASAP is appreciated.
- All members that are not on ProPresenter or Audio, but are scheduled are encouraged to attend both practice and early morning.

Wins and Challenges
I would like to welcome Gavin to the team officially! He jumped right in and started working the switcher. Taking on the challenge of a moving Pastor Johnny. Backing this play was J, with his crash course on the tech and directing while he ran cams. Dan jumped right in to fill the gap on a missing ProPresenter position, and Sof handedly tackled the audio. All of this culminated in a fantastic experience in person and reportedly online. Great work y'all!
Moving into the new building we will be combining positions and adding a new one. This is definitely be a shift for us all, and we will get through it together. It will be rocky to start, don't be disheartened. Each challenge will be a lesson to learn and add to your firefighting toolbelt. With this will be a lot of shadowing, and I may be asking you to do more days then you regularly would in order to level out and level up the team. Thank you for your understanding.
